Advice
Information on this website is for educational purposes only. The information does not consist of medical advice, nor is intended to replace the advice of a healthcare professional. The product technology we market is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.

Prices
We aim at supplying high quality products at a low price giving good value for money. However, we make reservations for increased prices from our suppliers, changed exchange rates and increased freight costs.

Shipping
Shipping costs are applied to all orders and is based on the weight of your order and the tariffs of the Swedish postal system. No other charges are applied. If you wish to have special delivery, please contact us. If you wish to make a large order contact us first as we will be able to arrange cheaper shipping rates than what the Swedish postal system tariffs can offer.

Delivery times
On weekdays we normally ship the same day or the next day. Under certain times it may take longer when we are at health shows, courses or other events. Shipping times within Europe is normally around 3 days. When you place an order you will receive a receipt from us and one from the payment provider, currently Stripe or PayPal.

Out of stock
At times a product may be out of stock and not available for purchase. Send us a note and we will let you know when the product is back in stock.

Warranty
Evolution silver sheets have a 2 year warranty and the Evolution silver wrap one year.
The initial Premium series sheets come with a 5 year warranty. If your Premium sheet has become prickly or scratchy we ask you to contact us for a replacement.
Premium v2 sheets, pillow cases, pads and wraps come with a 3 year warranty. This fabric is a different weave and is fine to sleep directly on.

If you have received the wrong product please contact us for replacement. We cover return postage. Our warranty does not cover not fulfilled expectations. Having no expectations is always the best starting point. Listen to your body, observe what changes and enjoy improved health.

Claims
If the product you have received is broken or defect you have 14 days to contact us for replacement. 14 days past the invoice date the product is considered sold and will not be replaced.

Returns
If you wish to return an unused product we will return the sum of your purchase minus the freight costs. 14 days past the invoice date the product is considered sold and will not be taken back.

Personal information
The personal information we receive about you is strictly for our customer relations and will not be passed on to any third party.
All banking details are only handled only through Stripe or PayPal through their secure system.
